Terms for
using PixerPrint.
The rules and responsibilities for using our website and placing orders.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PixerPrint website, account portal, ordering systems, and related services operated by PixerPrint ("we", "us", "our"). Last updated: July 2026. By accessing our platform, creating an account, uploading artwork, approving proofs, or placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any order-specific terms presented at checkout. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to individual consumers, businesses, agencies, and corporate purchasers in India and are intended to comply with applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, GST legislation, and electronic commerce best practices.
Definitions
In these Terms, "Customer", "you", and "your" refer to the individual or entity placing an order or using our platform. "Order" means a request for custom printed products submitted through our website and accepted by us. "Proof" means the digital representation of your artwork and product specifications provided for your review and approval before production. "Production" means the physical printing, finishing, and preparation of your order for dispatch. "Content" means artwork, text, logos, images, and other materials you upload or supply. "B2B Customer" means a business entity ordering with a GSTIN, purchase order, or corporate account arrangement.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using PixerPrint, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have parental or guardian consent, that you have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where we suspect fraud, policy violations, legal risk, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require physical signatures.
Account registration and security
Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may offer multi-user or corporate account features for B2B customers; account administrators are responsible for managing authorised users and ensuring compliance with these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods, violate policies, or pose security risks. Account data, order history, and saved configurations are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our services
PixerPrint provides an online platform for configuring, ordering, and receiving custom printed products. Services include product selection, artwork upload, preflight checking, digital proofing, production, quality control, GST invoicing, and delivery across India. We may modify product offerings, materials, finishes, pricing, production timelines, or service areas at any time. Product images and descriptions on our website are representative; minor variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur within industry tolerances as described in our Returns Policy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and may perform maintenance with or without notice.
Orders and contract formation
Placing items in your cart does not constitute an order. A binding contract is formed when you approve your proof, complete payment successfully, and receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders before production begins for reasons including artwork policy violations, pricing errors, stock unavailability, credit risk, or inability to service your delivery PIN code. If we cancel a paid order before production, we will refund the amount paid. Order specifications — including product type, size, paper, finish, quantity, and approved artwork — are as recorded in your proof and order confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing all details before approval.
Proof approval process
PixerPrint operates a proof-before-print workflow. After you submit artwork and complete checkout, we generate a digital proof showing layout, trim, colours, and product specifications. You must review the proof carefully, including spelling, contact details, bleed, margins, and colour expectations. Approval confirms that you accept the proof as final and authorise production. Once approved, changes may not be possible and cancellation may be restricted as described in our Cancellation Policy. If you reject a proof or request changes, production is paused until a revised proof is approved. Delays in proof approval extend production and delivery timelines. We are not liable for errors present in approved proofs that you failed to identify.
Artwork and customer responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the Content you upload. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to reproduce Content through our services, and that Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity right, or other intellectual property of any third party. You represent that Content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We perform automated and manual preflight checks but do not guarantee detection of all technical or legal issues. You must supply print-ready files meeting our artwork guidelines, including resolution, bleed, colour mode, and font embedding requirements. We are not responsible for poor print results arising from low-resolution images, incorrect colour profiles, or artwork you approved despite warnings.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of Content you supply. By uploading Content and placing an order, you grant PixerPrint a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify (solely for prepress and production purposes), store, and display Content as necessary to fulfil your order, provide proofs, conduct quality checks, and maintain records. This licence terminates when we delete your artwork in accordance with our retention policy, except for copies retained for legal compliance. PixerPrint owns all rights in our website, brand, templates, product configurators, software, and marketing materials. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our platform except as expressly permitted. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
Prohibited content
You may not upload or order print of Content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, including material that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringing. We may remove Content, refuse orders, suspend accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. If intellectual property complaints are received, we may suspend affected orders pending investigation. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated. You agree to indemnify PixerPrint against claims arising from Content you supply, as described in the Indemnity section below.
Pricing, taxes, and GST
Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Product prices, shipping charges, and applicable discounts are shown during configuration and checkout. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied in accordance with Indian tax law at rates determined by product classification (HSN/SAC codes). Tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive display follows our checkout presentation; the final payable amount is shown before payment. B2B customers may provide a valid GSTIN to receive GST tax invoices in their business name. You are responsible for the accuracy of billing and GSTIN details entered at checkout. Pricing errors may result in order cancellation and refund. Volume pricing, promotional codes, and corporate rates are subject to specific terms presented at the time of offer.
Payment terms
Payment is due at checkout unless you have an approved corporate credit arrangement. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, including credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through our payment partners. Orders do not enter production until payment is successfully authorised. Failed or reversed payments may result in order cancellation. For B2B purchase order workflows, production begins only after PO validation and any agreed credit terms are satisfied. You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks; legitimate disputes should be raised through our support channels first. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account suspension and recovery action.
Production and delivery
Production timelines begin after proof approval and confirmed payment. Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are shown at checkout based on product type, quantity, finish, and delivery PIN code; they are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order or according to applicable courier terms. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive shipments where required.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and modification rights depend on order stage. Before proof approval, you may cancel for a full refund if production has not started. After proof approval, production may begin immediately and cancellation may incur costs or be impossible. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled. Partial cancellation of multi-line orders may be possible before production of affected items begins. Corporate PO orders are subject to additional terms agreed with our team. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Returns, defects, and reprints
Because products are made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted. We stand behind our production quality and will reprint or refund where defects result from our error, subject to our Returns Policy. Colour variation within industry tolerance, issues arising from customer-supplied artwork approved by you, and damage reported outside required timeframes are not covered. Claims must be supported by evidence and submitted through our support system. Our obligations under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 apply to eligible consumer transactions.
Warranties and disclaimers
PixerPrint provides services using commercially reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable consumer law, our services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Print colour may vary from screen display due to monitor calibration, substrate absorption, and production processes; you acknowledge this inherent limitation of custom print.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixerPrint and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. For consumer transactions, statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected where applicable.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PixerPrint and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) Content you upload or orders you place; (b) your breach of these Terms or applicable law; (c) your infringement of third-party intellectual property or other rights; (d) disputes between you and your clients or end recipients where you supplied artwork or ordered on their behalf; or (e) your misuse of the platform. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defence of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defence.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, courier disruptions, supplier shortages, equipment failure, or labour disputes. During force majeure events, timelines are extended accordingly. If a force majeure event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may cancel affected orders with refund of amounts paid for undelivered goods.
Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection rights, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of PixerPrint shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India at our registered place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact hello@pixerprint.com and attempt good-faith resolution through our support process. Consumers may also avail remedies through consumer forums established under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing in this section limits your right to seek interim or injunctive relief.
Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting existing orders will be communicated where practicable. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where your explicit consent is required. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using our services and close your account. Order-specific terms in effect at the time of your proof approval govern that order to the extent of any conflict with subsequently updated general Terms.
General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with referenced policies and order confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and PixerPrint regarding the subject matter. Contact hello@pixerprint.com for questions about these Terms.
