Bleed is the extra area beyond the trim line where background colour or images should extend. We recommend 3 mm bleed on all sides so small shifts on press do not leave white edges.
The safe zone is the area inside the trim where logos, text, and barcodes should stay. Keep critical content at least 3 mm from the trim edge.
Export PDFs with fonts embedded or outlined, use CMYK where possible, and check resolution at final print size (300 DPI is a good target). Our team runs preflight on every upload and will flag issues before production.
